1 General Terms

By accessing or using the 933ok platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full. These terms are governed by applicable laws of Bangladesh and constitute a legally binding agreement between 933ok and the user.

933ok reserves the right to suspend or revoke any user's access at any time and without reason. By accessing the platform, you acknowledge that online betting carries financial risk and that you are aware of that risk.

933ok's terms and conditions apply equally to all users — new or returning, casual or high roller, no exceptions. No special exemptions are made for any category of user.

2 Account Registration

To create an account on 933ok, you must provide accurate and truthful information in the registration form. Accounts opened with false information will be suspended, and any funds held in such accounts may be forfeited.

Registration Requirements:

• Each person may register one account only.
• The name, address, and phone number provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Opening multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited.
• After an account is opened, 933ok may request identity verification documents at any time.
• Keep your account password strong and never share it with anyone.

Once registration is complete, 933ok will send a confirmation email. Certain features may be limited until your email is verified. Complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) process to access full platform benefits.

3 Age Verification

The minimum age to bet on 933ok is 18. This requirement is strictly enforced. Proof of age may be requested at registration or at any point before a withdrawal is processed.

Accepted identity documents include a National ID card, passport, or driving licence. If a user is found to have registered an account while under the age of 18, that account will be permanently closed and all related transactions will be voided.

4 Deposits & Payments

933ok supports popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. The following conditions apply to deposits:

• Payments made through third parties are strictly prohibited.

5 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals on 933ok are simple and fast. Requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until the deposited amount has been wagered at least once.
• Specific wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings earned from bonuses.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the applicable wagering requirement must be completed first.
• Bonus abuse, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, or submitting false information to claim a bonus is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus validity periods typically range from 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period expires.
• 933ok reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

7 Betting Rules & Regulations

The following rules apply at all times when placing bets on 933ok. Violations may result in bet cancellation and further action taken against the account.

Sports Betting:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled, all staked funds will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting can change at any time; the odds at the moment of bet confirmation are final.
• Where a cashout option is available, the decision rests entirely with the user.

Casino Games:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) and are completely fair and unbiased.
• If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a technical fault, 933ok's decision will be final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are set according to the individual rules of each game.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 933ok platform. Violations will result in permanent account closure and may lead to legal action.

• Match fixing or any attempt to influence the outcome of an event.
• Betting using bots or automated software.
• Exploiting bonuses through multiple accounts (multi-accounting).
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical vulnerability or bug on the platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
• Hacking, phishing, or any form of cybercrime.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

933ok may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Registration using false or incorrect information.
• Failure to cooperate with the KYC verification process.
• Extended inactivity on the account (generally 12 months).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Users may also close their account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before closure; however, bonus balances will be forfeited if the relevant conditions have not been met.

10 Limitation of Liability

933ok is not liable for any losses resulting from technical errors, server outages, internet connectivity issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. That said, 933ok will make every effort to assist users in such situations.

933ok is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through betting. Betting is a recreational activity that carries risk, and users participate entirely at their own discretion.
